Horrible experience, still waiting on refund

The irony of receiving an email requesting feedback on customer service when I am still waiting on customer service to get back to me about my refund.
I received the boots I ordered 3 weeks after ordering them only to find although the box was labelled correctly there was a different pair of boots in the box! Not the ones I ordered at all.
I now have to wait for Boohoo to refund me even though their NZ warehouse received my returned boots weeks ago.
Not impressed and will not be purchasing again.

Many thanks for your comments and I am very sorry to hear that this has happened.

After checking your account, I can see that we did respond to your email earlier today to advise on the current status of your refund process.

Unfortunately, we have to wait for your returned parcel to be received by our Returns Team at the UK Warehouse from the NZ returns address. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Please be assured that as soon as we became aware that there was a stocking issue with this item, the relevant department was informed and the issue rectified to prevent any further disruption to our customers.

Once again I apologise for any inconvenience caused, it is never our intention to upset any of our customers.
