Unfair on some companies

Trustpilot is playing very unfair. It has banned reviews from a company I work for - canvasdezign.

It has left 2 reviews online that are both fake.

They are making it very difficult for us to increase or even decrease our profile.

Either start allowing reviews or remove the fake reviews that are visible.

It is totally unfair.

We have investigated all reviews and found misuse in the shape of false reviews. These have been removed, as communicated with your company.

We have also confirmed months ago to your colleague Conrad that the one negative review that is there has been verified and will not be removed.

We have closed for further reviewing due to continuous misuse.

All this has been communicated at length with your company.
