During the last 8 month I have ordered different products fom Nature Best and have always received my orders quickly and in perfect conditions.
When I ordered last time I had 5-6 items on my shopping list but before sending it off my wife suggested that I just checked with one of your competent advisers whether some of the products I had on my list may be were covered by some of the products I already were using. I consulted one of your advisors telling here the products I were using and she actually told me that I could do with ordering half of the products on my list which would cover my needs fully.
I appreciated this advise very much as it showed that your company did not only were thinking of profit buy actually cared more about the clienst real needs.
