Only recently found out what Cafe Net curtains were and they were exactly what I needed. Ordered on-line from Woodyatt Curtains and was not disappointed. Their web site was easy to use - very simple and well laid out. My only problem was choosing from their extensive range of net curtains - many of them would have been suitable for me. I also bought a spring bar to hold the curtain up rather than use hooks and so on. It all came very quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The curtain was up and in use inside of five minutes. I am very happy with their products and service and would recommend them without reservation.
My items should have been with me more than a week ago. After the due date I emailed to ask where they were. The reply was an apology and a statement that they would look into it. My items still did not arrive so I emailed again. The reply was the same apology and a statement that they would look into it. My items still did not arrive so I emailed again. This time an apology and I was told they would be sent "next day" delivery. My items still have not arrived and I have just emailed again.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
After three days they now tell me that UPS, the delivery people, "damaged the items" so they were not delivered. What a load of lies. I had asked for a refund about four or five days ago, a request which they ignored. Now they offer me a refund which they will process in a "quick and efficient manner". When I asked them when this would be they said "within 30 days". Hardly quick and efficient.
It is clear to me that they take customers' money for goods they do not have, and then either refuse to refund or delay the refund. This I guess funds their business for free.
Again AVOID THIS COMPANY and tell you friends and acquaintances.
