I'm afraid I had a bad experience. I ordered bath taps instead of sink taps - my fault but trying to rectify it was awful. They originally asked for £30 for collection of the wrong taps, which was reduced to £15 when I asked to speak to the manager. I had to pay again for the sink taps and I am still waiting for my refund for the returned bath taps over 3 weeks ago. The annoying part is that the same driver picked the old taps up as deleivered the new ones.
Dreadful, never again.
