I would rate 0 if I could. We ordered two items totalling $200 and the company never sent the item. When we contacted the company they insisted it was on back order. We waited a few more weeks and they told us the items were still on back order. At that point we asked for a refund. We never saw it. We've emailed, called, and wrote and have yet to see our refund. Also, when we called we later found out, via our cell phone bill, that we were calling Canada...which cost us more money for international calling. So yah, screwed twice by Toy Globe.
