Groupon UK

Groupon have stolen my money and refuse point blank to give it back!!!

I purichased two groupons totalling £478 for a friend and myself in February this year. When I rang weekender breaks to redeem my vouchers the rep tried to make me pay a further £100 for the deal which I refused. Due to work commitments I was unable to contact the company and was under the impression (stated on groupon voucher) that my voucher was valid until 14th July this year. I contacted the company this week to book my holiday and was told the voucher had now expired. I contacted Groupon as was told the same thing. Groupon have taken my money and refuse to do anything about it. In fact their representative Steve was extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I would advise people NOT to waste your money on Groupon there are lots of other companies out there who will give you a good deal. I will NEVER use them again and will be advising all of my friends of what happened.

I have now received a full refund from Groupon!
