On the whole this company is OK to deal with. However I did find that some of the Items I ordered well before christmas did not arrive. One item arriving a couple of days ago, one cancelled by company and one by myself as it is now so long after christmas. That said the other items delivered were as stated and I was apprised via E-Mail the status of my order with appologies over non-delivery and the option to cancel. Overall customer service good but delivery poor.
I ordered a camera on the 28th Dec. Recieved an E-Mail on the 7th alledging it had been despatched (however no courier or tracking number given). When it had not been delivered by the 14th I telephoned and waited to be answered. Finally got through to customer services and did not feel very reassured but gave benefit of doubt and was told I would be contacted by the end of the week. It is now Friday no E-mails No phone calls no customer service! I have been on the phone waiting to be answered for over 15mins and finally gave up left a message and sent another E-Mail. I hope this is resolved soon but after reading previous reviews I don't hold out much hope!
