I bought a product from Sport Direct online on the 18th and they said it would be delivered in 3-4 days and its now 13 days past. Its was being delivered by Yodel, who surprise surprise are "unable to locate it" i.e. STOLEN.
Yodel lost my parcel and Sports Direct won't answer my emails for a refund.
Never using them again.
I ordered a product from Sports Direct to be delivered in 3-4 days UK and I'm still waiting for it and its been 10 days now. I've looked on the tracking and its been stuck in Inverness for the last 8 days just sitting there.
I've complained twice to them and still no response and if I had know my product would be delivered by them I wouldn't have bothered ordering it in the first place.
Waited all day for my delivery and nothing! I was sent an e-mail stating it could not be delivered because no one was at home to answer when their, except I was home all day and NO buzz to get into the building, no knock on the door and no calling card left!! I payed for a re-delivery for the next day before noon and still nothing except an e-mail stating it would be delivered between 3pm - 4pm.....thats not what I paid FOR!!
