Been put off shopping with you

Had to pay £8.00 to return a jacket that was unsuitable. Will think twice before I order off you again. Returns should be free

We do provide pre-paid labels for use at the Collect+ or Royal mail services depending whether you are a Paypal or a Sage pay customer.

If you are unsure when returning items, if you contact us via email, Facebook or Twitter, we can advise you which way would be best to return any unwanted items.

My Vitamins

Not consistent

Sometimes get orders next day and other times can take 10 days and sometimes not at all. No customer care and really difficult to get hold of anyone. Put off using them this could be a great business if they sorted customer service out
