Diveinn

Another horrible experience with Diveinn / Scubastore

I contacted diveinn Sumastore about a Transmiter's battery that lasted for just 30 dives.

I was happy when I was told they would replace the battery for free. I though: "wow they actually improved the customer service!" I even told them. Then the usual Suckastore routine started. No answer to emails, empty promises and now it's been more than a month, dozens of unanswered emails and a useless transmitter.

Thomas from Crookastore told me the supplier had to look for a battery. Something they should be able to get from Scubapro in 24h. Then I looked for the battery myself (the thing is not sold in Japan where I live). I found some online and offered Punkastore to just refund me for the price of the battery so I could order it myself (so they seemed incapable of ordering a single battery...). They refused of course.

So now I'm STRONLGY advising everyone reading this NOT TO BUY anything from those guys. They will lie about the delivery dates, they will offer support on the phone but never actually provide it, they will ignore your emails, they will not answer the phone then, even if they do, they will pretend they never had your emails (I have all the delivery reports from the servers).

I'll take the opportunity to add that I purchased a semi-dry wetsuit from them last year. The thing started to come apart after 40 dives. All ankles and wrists joints undone... They refused to replace it, they refused to refund it and they refused to pay for the repair. Finally I got half of the price refunded (it took several months) but it didn't even cover half of the repair price. The thing is now garbage. Thank you Dickastore...

This shop is a joke. They take your money and that's it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ASSISTANCE, NO AFTER SALES CARE, NOTHING.

Expansys

Worst online experience since a very, very long time

Well after looking for a shop to buy a SIM free Galaxy Note 2 I gave Expansys a try. At first it seemed ok but I had problems from day 1.

Communication is horrible. I took me more than 10 emails to get an answer. They say their opening hours are from 10 but the phone line often stays closed until 10:30 and then it's impossible to get someone. Today it took me 23 attempts before I eventually spoke with a human being.

But well I know for a fact that companies with super cheap prices always have a crappy service, that's nothing new.

the worst part is that I know believe that this company works with grey market and have no support whatsoever from the makers of the items they sell. They have their own 3 months guarantee so they're sure they'll never have to pay for anything and since makers don't support them they can't provide normal maker's 1 year warranty.

This sucks because well, my Galaxy Note 2 just got the infamous SDS (Sudden Death syndrome) cause by a chip that breaks usually 4 to 6 months after you purchase the device (just check the web, it's full of testimonies about this very problem). Too bad for me, crooks at Expansys basically told me fuck off and read their policy again. the woman I had on the phone (and who refused to give me her name) kept telling me to check the company's policy on the website over and over again like an old recording tape.

Eventhough this is a maker's issue known and that Samsung should take care of I received ZERO support from Expansys. The lady promised she would give me phone numbers and emails to contact Samsung but of course the email never came.

So it is very simple. DON'T ever buy anything from those guys. They don't offer proper warranty because they can't, which means the source of their products is highly suspicious. You can't trust them, you'll have a crappy if no communication at all, no maker's warranty and as soon as you have a problem they will just say "sorry we can't do anything".

I will NEVER buy anything ever again from those guys and I strongly advice anyone reading this to share it and put this company in their own blacklist.
