rubbish customer service

I have booked a hotel for my fortcoming holiday in jan 2013.
I have payed the deposit at that time and payedmy balance on 13/5/13 .
Few days later I noticed my credit card was charged twice for the second payment.
I contacted low cost holidays( suihmit ) and was told they cannot see a duplicate payment but to send a copy of the statement and matter will be resolved .Despite sending the copy of the online satement,Few days later received an email from a prerson called Marc saying no duplicated payement recorded on there records.

It seems I am not the fist person to encounter this problem.

This will certainly be my last time booking with low cost holidays!
