Shocking customer service

Briefly ... package arrived and one of the products had leaked over other four products. Contacted customer services and it took them numerous days to respond. Their response was vague, short and uninformative.

I have contacted them five times and sent them a photo of the nearly empty product. They now tell me to send the item back to them for investigation!!

All I wanted was the item I ordered to arrive in tact. Through no fault of my own I'm now out of pocket, without the item I ordered and frustrated with the dreadful customer service!!

I won't be ordering again or recommending BeautyBay to anyone!!!!!
