I purchased some recording equipment through the website. After I encountered some issues with some of the pieces not working right out of the box, I spoke to the customer service rep on the phone and I ended up taking the gear into the Epsom store. The rep on the phone and the store personnel have been absolutely superb in helping to get the issues rectified through many phone calls to the manufacturer (as a replacement was not in stock to do a simple exchange). Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. In the apparent common culture of "it's not my job, innit", the staff at Guitar Guitar are a welcome and refreshing change of pace. Go there and buy stuff. You will not be disappointed.
In so many instances of every day life, good, quality service is apparently almost impossible to find, and yet, it is such a very simple thing to achieve. When a customer comes and asks for something, you simply have to deliver on the request.
