im seeing how everybody has the same scenario, they leave parcels on "secure porch" whether there is a secure place or not, same happened to me. They company i ordered from dont seem to realise theyre making a mistake with these guys 4th worst rated out of 196 companys??? come on, kinda obvious

As i said, ive been charged, nothing arrived, when contacting them, they take a week each email to reply, and tell me theyre sorry, i should fill out a form, which they never attached to the email, then changed the story.

i think theyre hoping i just forget and leave it

First of all please allow me to apologise for the problems you have been having.

When you informed us that you hadn't received your order we spoke to our courier company who confirmed they had made the delivery. We then asked them to conduct a driver interview who then stated that he had left the order in your porch. Unfortunately when our courier company states that they have made the delivery we do then have to conduct some further investigations to protect ourselves against fraud.

All that said we do appear to have taken far too long to resolve this issue and so I am authorising your order to be resent today with some extra freebies in the box. I do hope this goes some way to compensating for the poor customer service on our part.
