I ordered 500 Litres of Household Oil on Monday and it was delivered the next day.
I paid for the oil by debit card. When the oil was delivered only 481 Litres was put in the tank.
The next day, Boiler Juice had credited the difference to my account and sent me an e mail to advise me. I was very impressed about this. Everything about this transaction has been perfect.
I ordered bathroom furniture and 1 piece was out of stock. We waited patiently for over 2 weeks and then had to phone the Company re delivery. They wanted us to pay extra to have the items delivered ASAP, which we declined. Eventually they agreed to cover this extra cost, after numerous calls. When the furniture arrived, 1 item was very difficult to fit and after several phone calls for advice, we gave up and my husband had to re-make the unit so it fitted.
