It is my best friend's wedding and I ordered a dress to be delivered by 12pm on 25 May (the wedding is on 26 May). I received the text saying the dress had been dispatched for delivery but I am still waiting and when I tracked my parcel, it says that it is still in the sorting facility. No one picks up the phone or emails back and I need the dress asap! I would go to the depot to pick it up but there is no way of finding out where it is! I am so upset and I will never use this service again!!!! I would advise others from doing the same!

Hi Lizzie,

I'm ever so sorry to hear about this, however having looked into the matter, it would seem that we have still not received the parcel from the sender.

In this situation, I recommend that you contact the sender, as our records would appear to indicate that the item has not been despatched.
