Ordered blind through Amazon - blind was left outside property obviously damaged. Had to take photos and forward to them.. Then told would be collected Friday/ Monday between 8am and 8pm wasnt collected - told wouldnt get refund until collected - now saying will be collected Wednesday between 8am and 8pm. 3 days to collect a damaged blind. Do not buy from this company!!!

Ordered 2 sets of light twigs on line - didn't hear anything - so contacted them - they didn't have them in stock and didn't know whether they would be getting them back in - so I asked for a refund -still waiting. I asked if you dont have item and dont know if you will be getting it back, why take money? Told I must have ordered just as last stock went. So I went back into website and found I could still order item. Told them this - they said it wasnt their fault must be a backlog with I.T. Told might take 3 weeks for refund-one for Mary Portas!
