Fine until I made a claim

My experience with protectmybubble was fine until I needed to make a claim. The claim was a long process and getting a response was not quick considering we are in the age of advanced technology. I then asked a query which meant that my claim could not be processed until I had received an answer. I am still awaiting the answer and can't yet claim. I have sent another email reminding them I am awaiting an answer. I may consider cancelling my insurance, especially as I received my renewal today and it is not a good price considering my phone is a year older and I am being charged the same price...If I had known it would be this difficult to make a claim I would not have joined protect my bubble.

Added to on 25/10/13, funny how after writing this review I got lots of help, followed advice given and now it's disappeared again, and I still have a broken phone!

Updated on 28/10/13: After emailing the company several more times and getting no reply, including when I asked how I go about cancelling, I have just emailed them and asked them to cancel my policy. I am beginning to think this is the way that they make their money, they insure your phone, when you make a claim they don't respond so you get sick and tired for waiting and cancel your contract. They therefore have had a whole years money out of me for nothing. The only other solution is perhaps they have gone bust and that's is why they are not replying to emails? I will certainly not be recommending this insurance company to anyone. This has been a very disapoiting and unsatisfactory experience.

As expected I got a reply from the cancellation department saying they had cancelled my contract less than 48 hours after asking them too. Do not insure with this company they do not fulfill their obligations and won't get back to you when it comes to them paying out. AVOID!

Efficient, trustworthy, and a good communicative company.

eFlorist are a company I would recommend. The ordering process is simple and effective. There were no problems using this site to place an order unlike a very well known florist. An email to confirm the order was sent, which was good as it put my mind at rest, knowing that the order was registered, again, unlike a very well known florist. The flowers were beauitful and it was a smooth transaction. The discount was much appreciated and the fact that there is another discount for my next order is great. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a smooth, simple, trustworthy and effective florists and I will use them again when I next need to send flowers. An email/text confirming the flowers have been successfully delivered would be even better.
