Dealt with Printerland over few years. Printers always arrive on time and
work fine. However, recently purchased a Xerox printer on the recommendation of
Printerland - the ink capacity lasting longer - over the the HP I wanted to purchase. There was no pressure to purchase Xerox but I decided to go along with recommendation. At the time I ordered two printers one HP (A3 inkjet) and one Xerox.The HP was installed and up and running in a matter of minutes. However the
Xerox would not connect - my PC man who after an hour said look Treena this is not
working and I don't want to waste anymore of your money.
With that I phoned up Printerland and spoke with Mathew Ackers who agreed to take back the Xerox. At the same time I purchased the original HP printer I wanted first time around. I sent back the Xerox and because of being in Jersey agreed with Printerland I would pay half the shipping costs.
At all times Mathew and I kept each other informed. When printer arrived back at Printerland my credit card was credited with the full ££ of the Xerox printer and a cheque arrived for the shipping cost as agreed shortly afte
So all and all my friend I would recommend Printerland to everyone
