I always say the proof of the puding is when some thing goes wrong, and having delt with Amazon for several years now, there have been ocassion when I have has problems with the goods. This has been resolved in a very pronpt and coutious mannor - hence this is why my first stop when on line shopping is Amazon
I recieived the goods on time, unfortunatly one of the goods was faulty and i have spent over two week emailing and numerous phone calls trying to get the goods returned for a replacement. Gave up and Barclaycard are now dealing with it on my behalf. Will never deal with this cowboy out fit again
