Very poor service

Placed order on 28th August, full amount debited on the 30th, then received an email over a week later to inform me than it has only part shipped due to lack of stock. No date given to expect the rest of the order.

I wouldn't mind so much if the delivery was free, however it was £6.95, which is pretty expensive these days given the amount of competition.

I recently purchased some ski's and boots from Snow and Rock and the service from start to finish was superb. If you are looking to purchase some boots and/or ski's I would highly recommend heading down there to get fitted up.

Great service

I recently tried to order a pair of Salomon Odyssey ski pants that they did not have in stock. They ordered a pair for me directly from Salomon, France and they were delivered to me within a week at no extra charge. They were also very responsive to emails and phone calls which is rare these days.

I recently ordered a Salomon Odyssey jacket from them and the service was fantastic. they answered both phone calls and emails promptly and couldn't do enough to help. The jacket was well packaged and was delivered in a couple of days from placing the order.

Despite repeatedly trying to call and email this company they have yet to get back to me or answer the phone. Very frustrating.
