terrible service, couldn't care less attitude and they do just as they like.

took a day off work expecting to receive the third attempted delivery, it was a no show and a waste of a day off. tracked parcel and mysteriously its being returned to sender immediately why, Who knows. I will never use yodel again rang helpline (should be called Can't helpline) they read off there screen exactly what I can read off my laptop and they couldn't explain why it didn't get three attempts or why it was sent back so soon.
