Good product, poor service

Wouldn't recommend. The initial consultation was good however had to wait a number of weeks and chase on a number of occasions when the fitter had suggested some amendments.

They also did not deliver the kitchen sink. Whe I rang to query they said it was due for delivery in 2 week times! Chased a number of times throughout the day and nobody was helpful. In the end I ended up going to B&Q and buying a sink as I didn't want the fitting held up for any longer.

The wrong plinths were also fitted. I currently have high gloss plinths in an oak kitchen. Have chased a number of occasions since the kitchen was fitted and nobody gets back to me to tell when this will be corrected.

Finally when the hob was fitted they told me the hob was faulty. I had to contact Bosch myself and arrange for an engineer to come out which involved taking even more time off. The Bosch engineer came out and advised the hob was fine - it had merely not been plugged in! Thankfully he saw fit not to charge me.

Overall I am happy with the kitchen but the service has been a disgrace. I would advise you order the units from here but get someone else to fit i and buy your appliances elsewhere
