Product was dispatched very quickly. I had to get the product redelivered and was happy with how quickly Michael from Customer Services dealt with my enquiry. When I called to get a 4 hour delivery window, the Scottish man I spoke to was not as helpful which is why I am giving this company a 4, not a 5.
As stated above, really great service, I just wish they could collect my car from work. I have a young child and there is no way that he would wait in a waiting room for 30 mins. Just a bit of a faff having to take two cars and then coming back later to collect the car.

Got our new mattress from here last week. Man in the store was really helpful and I could not have been happier with the service. We ordered on the Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on the Monday morning. The only slightly frustrating thing was that I was told that I would be sent a text with a two hour window on the Sunday but this was not recieved. It was not a massive problem as I called them on the Mon and was told the time and was also emailed when it was due to arrive. Would buy again though.
This was the first time that I have bought an DSLR camera so I spent a couple of weeks reviewing various cameras until I found the one that I wanted. I came across SLR Hut during a routine Google search and was immediately impressed by the website, prices and the free starter kits. I ordered the camera on Sunday evening and received a courtesy call from John Patrick of SL Hut. We had a friendly chat about my choice of camera and John advised that I should look to purchase a battery with a longer battery life. He offered me an upgrade at a really good price (I checked this while he was still on the phone) and also threw in a 4GB memory card instead of the standard 2GB that came with the package. I was really impressed by this as it was all so genuine and friendly and I honestly did not feel pressurized into buying bags, extra lens, etc. I found John very friendly, informative and gave me really helpful advice. The main issue I had was with the delivery. I had paid for standard delivery quoted at 7-10 days but it took 20 days to arrive. I did receive an email saying that it was going to be delayed but no reason was given for the delay. Also, when my camera arrived, the deluxe starter kit was missing - this only took 1 call to customer services (Simon) earlier today who promised to immediately send it out to me and include an extra filter for my lens. The late delivery and missing starter kit were both only minor issues and my beautiful camera arrived in the end and I have taken some awesome pictures in the 3 days that I have had my camera. I would most certainly buy from them again. :-)
