I can only speak as I find and with this delivery, as with all previous ones, the service can only be described as SUPERB.
I got an email and text beforehand telling me which day it will be delivered and giving me options to change the date or have it delivered to a neighbour. Early on the day of delivery I get an email and text giving me the name of the driver and the time, within one hour, when it will be delivered.
I asked for the parcel to be left with a neighbour and, after delivery, received an email and text confirming that it had been delivered and who signed for it.
Feeling in control of the situation gives the customer peace of mind in contrast with other companies which cannot tell you which day delivery will be never mind what time.
How do they get away with taking money for a service which they do not provide???
As a consumer, I am stuck with whichever company I am buying from deciding who they will use for delivery. Why companies use Parcelforce is beyond my comprehension. Do they not realise that it reflects very badly on them also?
Their drivers do not seem to care either - "Not my problem, I'm only the driver" attitude.
This company should be investigated by trading standards.
