I ordered over £1000 worth rattan furniture from these people in early May 2013.
The order was made because the website stated the items were in stock.
After two weeks with no contact, I emailed the company which bounced back saying ' user unknown' .
I then found another email address for them and sent another stating I would cancel the order if I did not receive a reply.
Guess what I received a reply next day saying part of the order was on 'delay' until June. I emailed back to say that was okay so long as they could guarantee delivery during the first week in June. They telephoned me later that day and stated they could not offer such a guarantee, but they could substitute part of the order which would guarantee delivery the next week and that their carriers would be in touch. Guess what, a week passed and no one contacted me.
So I telephoned again, got an answer machine, I left a message and asked for a call back. Guess what no call back. I again telephoned three days later, guess what, they said they were having problems with their phones. They said They would give me the carriers number to ring, I said not my problem you ring them and sort it out and ring me back. They said they would ring the carriers and ring me back the same day. Guess what they didn't.
So here I am summer approaching and guess what still waiting !
I don't know where these positive reviews have come from but my experience of this ' company ' is absolutely diabolical. They do not know what customer service is, and just fob you of with excuse after excuse when you contact them. So that there is no misunderstanding about who these people are their company name is Kingshall Direct Ltd. They trade via websites also
My recommendation is DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
