I placed an order with Printerinks for £461.62 on the 10th November 2008 they told me my order was all in stock and would take 2to3 days to arrive. After 10 days I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. (They agreed) It turned up 4 days later. I had already ordered a new set from Dell. But I held onto the cartridges as I use tons of this stuff every month for the news letter, I tried to use the cartages today 2 ran out after 200 pages they should do 8,000 these guys are a joke. I called there Tec Department and they told me to turn off the printer for 24 hours then try again or take out the cartridge and shake it,GRIN quite amazing. I am on my 7th email and 10th phone call without any response from them. I now have a problem no ink and a Christmas news letter to get out and I am out of time, I am still waiting for part of that order to arrive IE one black cartridge
