Very fast, good product - very dispoointing customer service

The range of products is very good, good quality and fast in despatching. The website is also quite user-friendly. The only thing to improve is to inform when the delivery is going to take place - at the moment the information is sent only when the goods are despatched.
An update:
The double track which is listed as suitable for bay windows - is not really. It's metal, while bending it's not flexible enough to create a smooth curve. I'm trying to get a refund, no luck - the answer was that it hasn't been done properly and in general not very nice tone of emails. I do not think they have ever tried to bend this track.

Another update:
Jonathan is right - the handy man didn't do it properly. The company is kind enough to send me the damaged part of the tack for free - thank you. Back to 5 starts as it was before - can recommend it to anyone.

Last update:
It seems like the bending tool doesn't help much - it's impossible to get a smooth bend in the track that means the hooks won't go through. It's impossible solve the problem as Jonathan concentrates on who said what, not the fact that there is a problem with the product (not fit for purpose).

We wish we could provide a time of day delivery time but all couriers don’t offer this service, however we do show the delivery time in working days on all product pages. The final confirmation email is sent upon the goods being dispatched for delivery, we are always more than happy to answer any questions on delivery times prior to ordering or once the order has been placed.
Regarding the Hand bendable aluminium curtain track, it is totally suitable for bay windows and we wouldn’t sell any product which wasn’t fit for purpose.
With 20 years of curtain track fitting experience under my belt and having fitted this particular curtain track on numerous occasions, after fully looking into the situation I came to the conclusion the snapped curtain track was down to it being incorrectly bent by your handyman. Unfortunately we can’t refund items which have been misused. All of which was clearly explained in many emails from ourselves.
As a company we strive to give the best possible customer service and by no means do we want to upset the very people who keep us in business.
