2012-09-03: No chair, INFURN postponed delivery date by another 8 weeks (quality issue); according to general terms and conditions I cancelled the order (sent letter) and requested refund of my money, no reply
2012-10-22: No chair, no money; contacted INFURN via webform
2012-10-28: Response! INFURN agreed to refund my money, I sent IBAN and BIC, INFURN promises to wire amount within 30 days
2012-12-04: No chair, no money, sent another reminder
2012-05-29: No chair, no money, lawyer will take over
