My login failed to recognize my email address. I have been unable to login to my site and received a few generic emails in response to my asking for help. The responses did not apply to my question. I will be rebuilding and moving my site to another host. I will need a full refund. my site was only up for a few weeks before it failed. Thumbs down.
Then, after several emails
I finally got an option to call support instead of emailing back and forth. The rep was troubleshooting chrome and determined it was an issue with Chrome. I was able to login using IE, but I never use IE and don't want to use it in the future. However now that I can login I will be able to move my website to another host easier. I have never had issues with Chrome, using any other websites, so I believe Wix is just not very compatible with Chrome. I am not going to use Wix going forward if I can't use it with Chrome. My next step is to hire someone to rebuild and move my site, and getting a refund from Wix.
