Was nervous about using another online company for selling electrical items after being BADLY let down by others in the past. However having read the reviews for FoneBank I was willing to give it a go and how glad I was. This company will actually communicate with you and have a genuine understanding of what Customer Service means.
Sent phones in two orders posted on the 9th and 10th May, I have waited longer than the 10 working days I was informed it may take. Have tried to call the customer service number (joke) 45 times in the last two days on the three occasions that the number has actually rung there is no answer and it rings off. Have sent an e-mail (not optimistic) and am getting to the point that I have been royally ripped off. As I mentioned in the e-mail that I sent the company (joke) thieves don't usually have a website. Will update if I ever get to speak to someone, okay call number 46 here we go.
