I use Transglobal a lot and they are generally very helpful and efficient. when things go wrong I don't think it's usually their fault. Nearly always some customs weirdness. Only thing I think could be improved is I'm quite often hanging around waiting/hassling them to email me airway bills, before the driver turns up and I have to send him away because I have no paperwork. I particularly like the way you can always get someone on the phone. Knocks spots off the competition both for service and price.
