My Daughter supprised me with a Kenwood Food Processor for Christmas, and one of the parts was broken. I got in touch with Kenwood, and spoke to a very polite and informed member of staff. The part was dispatched within 28 days. It was promised to be within 7 days but I recieved a call from the same Lady, who informed me of the delay. In this day and age, it was refreshing to have a company like Kenwood who value good old 'fashined' service!! Well Done!!
