I feel completely let down by this company, this is one of the worst delivery services I have ever experienced.
I received a text from Interlink Express about my next day delivery explaining my package would be with me on the 29th of May, when package was not received I called the customer service line and was told that next day delivery is now not available to my postcode and that I would 100% receive the package on the 30th of May.
I went onto the website and again the package had not moved from the sortation facility, when I called customer service again they said that my package had missed its van and would now take another day before delivery could be made, when I asked the guy to give me reason for this I was told it was a system issue.
I am extremely angry at this because again I have taken time off so I can collect the item ordered and again it was for nothing, I will now have to take another day off for the "delivery" tomorrow but to be honest I do not think I will be getting it this week. Worst service ever!
