No hassle buyer experience from Rubbersole!
I ordered two pairs of shoes and was delighted to see them arrive within 2 days. Unfortunately they weren't the right size for me (the right size was sent but being a half size, it is tricky for me to find the right fit as I have to go a size up or down and it's trial and often, error).
I returned the shoes and received a refund within the week. Great service and would order again.

A bunch of lying cowboys
As I write this I am still waiting for my parcel to reach its destination. It has now been 9 days (should have been 5 days) and I am calling their 0871 number for 5 minutes at a time to get updates (should have gone with a slightly more expensive company that can get the job done). The last online update was that my parcel was not delivered due to a "postcode error" no such thing. Postcodes were deemed as correct by myhermes and the company the parcel is going to. When I rang, they told me it had been given to the wrong courier - but if this happened on 22/1, why has nothing happened with it til I rang on 26/1?? Apparently they say it will be delivered between 8am and 8pm tomorrow....(meaning the company may not get it at all)! Avoid like the plague. Bunch of crooks!
