On the 30th of April i placed an order for a bed and bedside chest (order 147A002511) i was told i would get a call to arrange delivery fine, a few days later i get a call saying they have a delivery for me from dreams and would next thur be ok i was so pleased as it was only a few day from when i placed the order... On the day of delivery i had someone arrive at my house early to take away my old bed and bedside chest, my delivery arrived one guy went up stair with my chest while the other asked me to sign and then i asked where is the bed what BED THEY SAID!!!! No BED i had family arriving on the very nxt day so we would not be able use our other room and my daughter sleeps in our other room, i had to phone the store as you are unable to get through to head office, to be told that the bed would arrive in wk 28 oh that is the end of june beining of July!!! If when they phoned had said this in the first place that there was no bed i would have had it all delivered at the same time and June would have been ok, but no they didnt and i had no bed!!!! Never again will i use them and as for compasation well they refunded my delivery which i would expect but thats it NOTHING what wonderful customer service NOT... I was a retail manager for the last 18 years never would i let a customer be this unhappy with the service the recived in my store it not exceptable in this current climet...
