Best price, excellent service - what else do you want.

I wanted a 1Tb hard drive to upgrade the storage of my Humax Foxsat HDR recorder. I decided on a Seagate Pipeline HD ST1000VM002 - 1 TB - SATA-600 and a quick search of the net showed the best price (inc carriage) offered was from Okobe. Ordering on line was simple though I'd like the option to buy without having to create an account. Standard tracked delivery was 2-4 days, and the hard disk drive arrived extremly well protected in 3. Couldn't ask for a better service, regardless of price.
Congratulations on your customer service, keep it up!


Good company, shame about the delivery

I write this review more in sadness than anger for what is an excellent company being let down by what appears to be it's poor delivery service. I have purchase two mattresses at a total cost of £450 from Mattressman and each time have been disappointed with the state of the mattresses on delivery.

Each time delivery was been carried out by 1 person, and while mattresses aren't that heavy they are very bulky and I'm sure are often dragged about.

The first mattress (MM287716) was delivered with two tears in the corner fabric darned with cotton of a darker shade. As I had already disposed of the old mattress I needed thsi mattress, so it was kept less a £25 discount.

About a fourtnight ago I purchased a second mattress (MM333150) which arrived with a length of its steel frame bent out of shape, probably by poor handling in the warehouse or by the carriers.

I arranged for this mattress to be collected and purchased a more expensive mattress (MM336430) in its place. However, this mattress was delivered again by one man and I discovered with a stained area at a point where the polythene covering had not been properly sealed. It was then that I gave up and I placed my order with another company.

Good points: Competitive prices; website easy to use; very courteous, apologetic customer service staff; next day delivery.
Bad points: Poor storehousing/delivery processes. They should use two delivery staff to ensure that mattresses are delivered in good condition, even if they have to raise their prices somewhat. Delivery staff should phone customers to advise likely time of delivery on the day.
Really annoying: It cost me money in taking two days off work to twice accept delivery of the two damaged mattresses!
