My partner had ordered something which had originally said it would be back in stock in time for our holiday. We ordered in plenty of time The date it would be available keep moving backwards and in the end we had to cancel as it wouldn't had arrived in time (still OOS now I believe 3 months or so after order).
As always, very hard to speak or contact Amazon to discuss.
Ordered product before Christmas, orderd it in time for the weekend for which is was required. Arrived in quickly although was damaged. JL happy to exchange and send replacement, however would not guarantee deliveryin time for event. Was a bit frustrating as i didn't know if it was going to arrive. It did arrive but would have been nice and less stressful to know it was going to !
