The only bad experience we had was that we ordered 2 two day metro passes with the london pass itself and we had major problems using them and none of the metro employees were helpful at all. None would print us new tickets even though one wouldn't work so we had to keep finding an employee and show them our pass to enter and exit. It was very inconvenient. But the pass itself had quite a few benefits and helped us at pretty much every sight we wanted to visit in london. I would definitely purchase it again.
