Beautiful furniture at a great price and excellent service!

Fast service and great quality. Following a great first experience before Christmas, I used them again to replace all my old bedroom furniture and it looks lovely.

The delivery people are really friendly (it makes such a noticeable difference when the delivery people work for the supplier) and do a great job. A big thank you to you all – especially [private data removed] from the furniture guard team! I’ll definitely continue to use Oak Furniture Land.

I have no negative comments at all, which is unusual for me as I'm a bit of a perfectionist!

Very very very slow and when the stool and wardrobe turned up the quality was terrible - scratched and cracked and a serious manufacturing fault!!! Not been sorted out and no compensation offered at all unless I wanted to keep the unusable wardrobe!!!
Have already advised others not to use and will continue to do so.

What I find unacceptable is that I have not been offered any compensation at all from Made.com for all the issues and time spent trying to sort the issues out, being in for deliveries and collections and having to repack everything. I was only offered compensation if I wanted to keep the faulty items. I had hoped to be enjoying the use of some luxury designer furniture and not spending hours last night repacking everything to make it fit and vacuuming up polystyrene bits and now having to take a day off work to wait for the items to be collected without any idea of the collection time having been communicated to me. If you can help at all with this I'd really appreciate it as I feel that I've been treated extremely unfairly. Best wishes, Michelle

Thank you for your comments - we're very sorry for the fact that you received a damaged wardrobe. I can see that Chris has been dealing with this for you and offered the option of keeping the wardrobe with compensation or returning it for a refund.
He's arranged for the wardrobe to be collected as per his emails. Please let us know when the collection's been made and we'll process your refund asap.
