I ordered a few things and paid for special delivery. It was urgent so I emailed the company to let them know as I am developing a property at the moment (they dont even have a phone number). They replied the next day saying that as one of the items has a small print stating its a special delivery ALL of my items will be delivered in 28 days! I asked to cancel everything apart from one item. Of course my whole order was put on hold until I got a reply the next day saying ok. Turns out they sneakily sent all the items apart from the special delivery and as it's now the weekend I am only going to receive it in 3 days which would have been almost a week altogether! I will now have to fight to get my money back, awful customer service, never trust a company with no phone number, not to be used by professionals
