Customer service - terrible

Sent three emails asking if I could mix and match their items - took days to reply. Tried phoning, was kept on the line for ten minutes before someone answered, and when they did they did'nt have a clue. Left it a few days and tried calling again, this one didn't have much of a clue either - but she thought they should match. Well the proof wll be tomorrow when it is being delivered, though I was told I would be given a phone call the night before letting me know if I we'd have an am or pm slot but just sent am email stating it would be between 1-3. Fingers and everything else crossed that it all turns out good.

Could"t ask for a better service

Wanted a black washer dryer and went to the usual stores and was going to have to wait between 5 to 21 days for this. A friend recommended appliances online that she had used a few weeks before. Albeit I was a bit apprehensive about buying a washing machine on line, but thought I would give it a go. Went online on Saturday night and they had a black one I liked, great went ahead and ordered it - and yes it was in stock and I could have had it delivered next day (the Sunday) but opted for the Monday. Monday morning I received a text and phone call with a 4 hour delivery slot and they kept to it. Delivery men were great, really helpful and friendly. Great service all round and will be using them again.
