The website is easy to navigate and allows you to narrow down your search results to find the perfect bed for you. I certainly found mine! I ordered a beautiful single divan with sliding doors (which I couldn't find reasonably priced anywhere else) and was allowed to choose when my bed would be delivered, whether it needed to arrive ASAP, or in a few weeks time. I picked a date and proceeded to pay, almsot immediately receiving a confirmation email to give me peace of mind. When I had a query on the status on my order the day before it was due to arrive, I phoned the helpline (which was answered promptly by someone whom I presume was in the UK) and was reassured at once by a friendly and helpful advisor. I also asked what time my bed might arrive, and, because I had called the day before it was due, they could give me a much more narrow time slot in which I would have to wait for it, so rather than a whole day spent waiting, I was given just a few hours to wait. And it arrived, in perfect condition, within the designated time slot! Two kind gentleman took away my old bed (which didn't cost much extra to have done, and as the price for the new bed was reasonable and the delivery was free I didn’t mind, plus it was a huge worry off my mind) and brought in my beautiful new bed, which I can say has been an absolute dream to sleep on every night. It's a fantastic quality bed, and I can't thank matressman.co.uk enough for their fantastic service, and a wonderful new bed. They’re a company I would gladly use again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
