I ordered in November, for Christmas gifts. 9 weeks later and no sight of the perfumes I paid for. Support fob me off with standard "wait longer", "customs and weather delays" emails. I feel bad but I have initiated a payment dispute with my credit card company, as if I wait much longer it will be too late for them to take any action and I'll end up with nothing. I won't trust FragranceX again. Also, I've seen the same fragrances locally (in Australia) for much the same price. I bought through FragranceX a year ago and it was fine - 2.5 weeks shipping time - but something has gone really wrong.
