Wix ignored our request and simply closed the ticket

Sent Wix an inquiry about a credit card charge from them and at some point they simply closed the ticket.
This was 3 hours after we last emailed them, and yet their email said "we haven't heard from you in over 72 hours".

This is unacceptable!
