OK as long as you don't need a refund.

I have shopped with CEX on numerous occasions, and in general would recommend inky buying low cost items (avoiding electronic devices etc.) As if a problem arises with an item it is extremely difficult and long winded to obtain a refund. Having now looked through dome online reviews, I know that I am not alone in having to wait for months only for CEX to question whether or not I have actually returned the item to them (despite them having acknowledged receipt).

CEX are fine until something goes wrong!

Not 'delivering' the service they advertise

I paid £10 for next day delivery on an item which should have arrived today. According to the tracking system the package hasn't even left the midlands yet. It only needs to travel 200 miles, I might walk it there myself next time!
