Worst place to order takeaway pizza from. Twice now they have got our order wrong! 1st time ordered a pizza with which we were supposed to get a free garlic pizza bread with - pizza arrived no garlic bread when we complained they told us they would make a note on our account and that we could claim next time. 2nd time ordered a half and half pizza and supposedly our free garlic bread which there was no recognition of on our account! Once again pizza delivered and no garlic bread! Staff are rude and un willing to change order even when the mistake is made by them!
Have been with vodafone for almost 2 years now and can safely say will not be staying any longer than needed. Was promised when taking out the contract I would be able to upgrade my phone within 6 months something which sold the contract to me, after enquiring at this period with staff instore and on the phone I was told as I do not have it in writing this would not be possible and that it is not something the company offers! Obviously trusting people's word is not possible with this company! I also opted to receive all of my bills online what a brilliant idea you would think, and yes it would be if I could actually access the account! Each time I attempt to log in to my account I have to call vodafone cancel my account and re-register! Very tedious! All I can say is roll on November when I can be clear of this awful company!
I purchased to off peak return tickets for the train to gatwick for my holiday as advised by one of there customer service team only to realise my train coming back would not be during a off peak time! Immediately requested to cancel/ refund was told the transaction had to be properly processed before I could receive a refund and not only that was charged £10 for doing so!! Ended up purchasing straight from the train station who were able to provide me with the correct and better train ticket for half the price. Trainline do not save you money do not be fooled!!!
I brought a beauty package on wowcher spent a week trying to contact the salon with no answer requested a refund from wowcher, after just over a week wowcher replied with an email they had sent the salon. The salon contacted me to say they would call the next day with no surprise they didn't now trying to contact wowcher again who will probably only refuse the refund as has been over the 7 days very disappointed customer! Will not be using them again!
