I purchased tiles from better bathrooms and I so wish I had not!
The problems started when on the 1st delivery, the 10 meters of white tiles I ordered and paid in full for in cash, was not on the delivery, only the boarder tiles and grey tiles which I ordered. After 10 days of ringing better bathrooms and being told various stories my 10 meters of white tiles arrived! But on checking them on delivery I found that 1 box was champagne and not white! So I returned them with the driver. After another week of ringing better bathrooms I was told the tiles where discontinued and the could not get me another box of white tiles. As such I had to have my tiling plan changed. I have returned the tiles today only to be told they can't give me a cash refund, and a cheque will be posted out to me. The box of tiles I sent back with the driver over a week ago, has not yet been computer processed and I'm still waiting refund for these.
The customer services are a complete waste of time, just fobbing you off with various stories.
As for the tiles, the quality is poor and you will probably find most of the corners on the tiles chipped off, which you can't see until you open the box.
In my opinion I would NOT buy a screw from better bathrooms, it's not worth the hassle of days of telephone calls and visits to the warehouse with wait time of at least 20 minuets.
