I was told my order would take one week - it took six. My only way to get information was to phone the shop, as I was never contacted. Often Ben, who was handling the order, was not present. He did not at any point call me despite the messages I left, and the people to whom I spoke knew nothing and took no action.
When my order finally arrived, the individual on the desk could not process it on the system, and after 15 minutes I was able to get him to go and get some more knowledgable help which allowed me to spend the £900+ I had intended to spend. While I was waiting I went to buy some clothing and shoes, but there was noone in attendance. Very poor
